SEPTEMBER | ONCE IN A FULL MOON

September has been a month of readjusting to A-levels and the heavy workload that comes with them so we have been very busy at school (hence why this post is so late). Here are a few of our favourites from last month that have made being a student again a little less dull...

CURLS, CURLS, CURLS

Over summer, we've found a few hairstyles that we keep going back to time and time again. Our favourite way to wear them is with loose curls created with the BaByliss Curling Wand Pro, but they also look lovely with straight hair. They can be dressed up or down which is why they're perfect for every occasion.

DAY TRIP TO BOURNEMOUTH

During the summer, we spent a long weekend in Salisbury for Rhiannon's 17th Birthday. We had fun exploring the historic city, making a few purchases and eating yummy food. On one of the days we decided it would be fun to go to the seaside so we travelled down to Bournemouth. The weather was very typically British - grey skies with a few moments of sunshine - but we still had a lovely day and even braved paddling in the sea.

YSL TOUCHE ÉCLAT & FAUX CILS MASCARA

YSL is such a luxury beauty brand and the quality of their products is beautiful. The Touché Éclat highlighting pen is definitely a cult product in the beauty world, it's been around since 1991 and over time the line has gone from only 2 shades to 8 shades so there is a match for everyone. They have also become famous from their mascaras and the Faux Cils formula has been on our list to try for quite some time.

2015 FESTIVAL REVIEWS

After our first festival experience last year at Reading, we knew it was going to be hard to go a year without going to another one. The two festivals we're reviewing are extremely different with Somersault being a family friendly event with other activities besides music on offer, and Reading being a young rock/alternative music focused festival.
